I disagree - anyone still using 640x480 at this point is a stubborn cuss
unwilling to upgrade their computer equipment when it SHOULD be ;-)
I still run 640x480, actually, but that's on a Libretto, I EXPECT to have to
scroll.
I run 1024x768, and 1152x864 on most of my machines, but designing for 800x600
should still keep most current laptop people happy.
(I don't design for any resolution on my sites - I know that's bad, but TOUGH
;-)
