  Federal Reserve Board - "Know Your Customer" Rule
 
There was a discussion, either here or in RTL, about the proposed "Know Your Customer Rule" that was designed to alleviate Money Laundering. (...) I first looked into the JBS when I was 12. It starts off fairly reasonable, but goes nutty pretty fast.
