Ramps? Lots of people with nothing to do after all the crops are harvested?
What's so mysterious about that? Tremendous organization was required, but the
ancient Egyptians were great organizers. Not that even their economy could
sustain that kind of construction forever, but these were clever people. Give
'em their due.
Just give us LOTS of tan bricks! :-)
