(...) Not yet. Debating. Cringing, actually... Budget of 15M and opening weekend gross reported at 1.67M Not spectacular but for 300 theatres, not bad? Not sure really. (13 years ago, 19-Apr-11, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

  Re: L3P Warnings

(...) I know, I know. Fair call. I should have learnt years ago never to claim I'm taking my bat and ball and going home. That is lame. Please pretend I murfled both hissy fits. I find it much too difficult to resist attacks against my person and (...) (14 years ago, 3-Jul-10, to lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: Bricklink Forums, home of the 1/2 truth!

(...) I agree with ot.debate. There are already several posts there along these lines, so it seems appropriate to continue the rant there. (14 years ago, 29-Mar-10, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: Posting for others. Now this is a good one.

No need. But thanks. Nope, I was PBM on the old Bricklink. I am no more. I sell product off that system now! Much easier, and no hassles from the MODs or anyone else. They seem to like to confuse me with other stores! Happens all the time. They do (...) (14 years ago, 15-Mar-10, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

Re: Posting for others. Now this is a good one.

(...) I am afraid that almost no one from BrickLink reads these forums, especially the off-topic.debate portion of this site, so if you get little or no responses, it probably is because no one has read it. This also applies to any other posts you (...) (14 years ago, 26-Feb-10, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

Posting for others. Now this is a good one.

(URL) since the forums like to put in their 2 cents, and I am 'easy to set off' here is one for you. I am going to advertise for yet another store. Now I have gone and done it. Please mention Dan in the sales section when you purchase from this (...) (14 years ago, 26-Feb-10, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: Bricklink MODs need to go!

(...) Well, at least you've got all of that "Da Vinci Code" money coming in. Beyond that, I can't really hazard a guess about the actions of the mods. I've always found he BL discussion forum to abe generally welcoming, but the site itself is of (...) (14 years ago, 19-Feb-10, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

  Bricklink MODs need to go!

Well it has been over 2 weeks since I was booted from Bricklink in a fit of standard stupidity. What I love best is the fact, and YES it is a fact they allow criminals on, people who have been BANNED FOR LIFE...yea, I remember that too! And I get (...)   Re: Aw, no SNOT?

Good reply! I was gonna post this, it's pretty much what you said... Well let's not turn this into a big philosophical discussion here, but SNOT has *many* building benefits, only one of which is hiding studs. It also lets you create unusual shapes (...)   Re: Aw, no SNOT?

(...) First of all, clearly not the answer he was looking for. Second, SNOT is not so much about producing a smooth-surfaced model as it is about allowing you to build in any direction. Take, for instance, my (URL) Nerd Herd car>. The bulk of the (...) (15 years ago, 11-Jun-09, to lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

  Re: LEGO Queen Mary 2 - Making-of

(...) That has nothing to do with the confusion between short (US) tons and long (imperial) tons, which was what led us here. (...) ROFL!! I had hoped you'd realise I was being humourous, or maybe you did and decided to bite anyway, in which case (...) (15 years ago, 8-Jun-09, to lugnet.boats, lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

Re: Lego dealer closing down, clearnce sale

(...) I don understand, but my reasons for doing so: I was adviced to do so. Reason why I was adviced so: trade/sale/buy group is not really active, but the posting belong there. So that is posted correctly. But, those, who might be is not reading (...) (15 years ago, 9-Mar-09, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: Lego dealer closing down, clearnce sale

(...) May I ask you to please stop spamming all the groups with this? One message was more than enough, and the ones who might be interested have seen it. Thanks for understanding. Regards, Matija (15 years ago, 8-Mar-09, to lugnet.general, lugnet.off-topic.debate)
