Rob, Yes my time is "somewhat" valuable and as I mentioned before, If I sell
the lots as usual, 1 at a time, I get about the same amount, So I'm now leaning
towards the idea that-why should I sell all lots in 1 deal for less than what
they may bring at auction? John
