Twin Pod Cloud Cruiser @ Target

I picked up the new Star Wars Twin Pod Cloud Cruiser at Target (Cary, NC) this morningfor $10. It was the only 2002 set they had. I accent color suspected to be the new brick red color is actually brown. Other than this - this is an awesome set for (...)   DSDK's at CompUSA

I scored six Dark Side Developer Kits at CompUSA this AM (Braintree, MA, USA) at $19.99 per. Several were beat up and opened, and I haven't checked them yet. Not the $4.88 they were supposedly going for in some parts a couple weeks back, but a far (...) (23 years ago, 17-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: Pod racer bucket for $10 at Kmart

Hey all, I hate to brag ;-) BUT....... during my weekend of pillaging, I found Pod Racer buckets at our neighborhood K-Mart marked for $7.99. They scanned at $10.00 so I took them to the Customer service counter and the nice lady said “That’s what (...) (23 years ago, 20-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

Is 4561 a bargain for $90? Was Re: Let the Target-hunting begin.

(...) What I would do is buy one at that price if you don't have one. Then if any are left when they are reduced further, either buy another at the lower price and return it with the receipt from the $90 one or, if you like the parts, keep it. I (...) (...) Yes... like the Imperial Shuttle that I found on a Target clearace pile the other day. Tossed it in the cart with the other stuff. I did my 50% off shopping tonight (is it just me or did the wait seem like ages?!!) I pretty much cleared out Appleton WI of the better stuff - all the Droid Escapes and Railway Expresses (sorry) I nabbed a few Arctic & LOM multipacks, but theres (...)   Re: FOTW-1349 Studio Set

(...) Actually what I found happening at my Target was that they stood the sets up on their side to display them. The weight of the train stuff inside caused the seals to give way and for some of the parts to spill out. I tried to push the contents (...) (23 years ago, 18-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)

I'm also one of those lucky but probably hated ones as well! I did my clearance shopping wednesday night and hit 4 x Targets in Wisconsin. I managed to get 10 4561's at 50% off (and yes, other than the parts I don't need, they are all for me!) 2 off (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)

(...) Well I must be one of the lucky (hated) ones. I flew through the targets in my area on Wednesday and scored 4 of the 4561 train sets at 50% off. One of them is missing some substantial pieces though. 5 sections of curved track, coupling (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jan-02, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Racers on sale at WalMart

One WalMart I was at yesterday, had their entire pile of Lego Racers (small boxes, ~9 pcs) marked down to $1. This happened to be a smaller WalMart, so I'm not sure if this is on sale everywhere.
