Hey all,
I hate to brag ;-) BUT....... during my weekend of pillaging, I found Pod
Racer buckets at our neighborhood K-Mart marked for $7.99. They scanned at
$10.00 so I took them to the Customer service counter and the nice lady said
“That’s what they are marked, so that’s what you get them for.” :-O Oh-Yeah!
But it gets even better :-), I shopped several other K-Marts and when I
showed them the receipt from the first store, they said they would match the
price. Needless to say I bought every single Pod Racer bucket I could find!
BTW, this does not work at Wal-Mart - they will not match prices from any of
their own stores.
Needless to say, between Charleston & Columbia SC K-marts, the Pod Racer
buckets AND the Harry Potter 50% off sale, the back of my Subaru (aka-
Legoru) wagon was jammed full of Lego! Mark was VERY happy when I got home.
I am saving some for the Frank Filz Mini-Fest at my house on 1-2-02 and Mark
& I are going to part out a bunch for the 1x2x6 blue arches and some other
parts. If there are any left after that I will post again in January.

| (...) Yup. I got 7 more at the Pinole, CA Big K. I gave one to a mom who was shopping in the Lego aisle with her son. Still willing to share with other Bay Area folks before Xmas.
