I'll have to agree on this too. I just went into a Kmart for the first time
in a long time yesterday and let's just say I was shocked at the toy isle.
It looked like bomb went off in there.

Care to share any deals that you've noticed recently besides the pod racer
buckets?
Was the 20% sale advertised in a circular because I didn't see any signs in
the isle so i didn't buy anything.
On an additional note, the Kmart I went to had a few of the 2002 sets which
was surprising to see admist the chaos. Just Alpha Team and Racers.

| (...) All I can say is look for sets that are over a year old. Sometimes I get lucky. I will just check a store from time to time and maybe scan an older set or two to see if it has been reduced but not marked. That is the first deal I have seen in (...) | I agree. K-Marts are some of the trashiest stores. However, I have typically found a majority of my good deals here. I think that it is a combination of the fact that they are sloppy with shelving thier items and slack about tagging thier clearance (...) (23 years ago, 12-Dec-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)
