Just out of experience ... Do Wal-Marts have a 2nd reduction phase, or will the prices tend to stay the same on all clearance items? Will the Ninja Flying Fortesses stay at $59.00 until all are sold? This applies to Target only. Well maybe everyone else knew this... but at all the detroit area Targets, the shelf tags tell the tale. The "real" LEGO area has shelf tags. The construction site is a great store. I visited it when I was in the Boston area in August. They are VERY knowledgeable about Lego. They also have a great Lego display of customer's custom models.
