  Re: $7000+ PayPal Warning

(...) Ya, that site is a total sham. You see these "They stole my money" stories all the time, but are often lacking any real facts (just like this story).   $7000+ PayPal Warning

I was on eBay and noticed a rather prominent notice that an established seller I had dealt with before would no longer accept PayPal as they wouldn't honor their agreement.   Paypal question

If I have a $0.00 balance in my account, and I make a payment, it will be charged to my credit card. Is that considered a CC transaction or a cash balance transaction for the person receiving the funds? Jude (21 years ago, 26-Mar-03, to lugnet.market.services)

  Re: Cashing Postal Money Orders
