In the last 2 months, I have received 3 orders that I have had to cancel due
to no response from buyer, one was later re-entered and completed
satisfactorily.
I'm going to start requiring a response from the buyer within 72 hours
(should it be more?) of transmission of transaction total (including
shipping, insurance, etc.). The irritating part is that someone can take a
substantial chunk of your inventory off the shelf while you wait. I haven't
left negative feedback for these clowns yet either.
