Hi.

I just had a little chat with our friend tombstone578@aol.com.

He told me that he found out the sets I was interested in were
worth more than he thought, and said he decided to hold on to
them.

I asked about your deal with him, and he said that he had told
you the same thing and had refunded you your money.

Something tells me this guy is full of it.

I wish you luck. I hope you get your money back, and I hope
he gets what's coming to him. This is FRAUD. While I'm glad
I didn't actually send him the money, I wish I could go
after him too just to make him learn that you can't do this
and get away with it. But I don't think I'd have much of a
case.

Keep us all posted.

-Kyle

Sir,
Repeated attempts to contact you have failed.  Further investigation has
revealed that various contact information provided by you is also
fraudulent.  Contact with other vendors and research have produced
additional contact information (below), among which is an address at which
you have received merchandise.

On the 17th I agreed to purchase from you merchandise that you advertised on
http://www.brickbay.com, for $100.00
As instructed, I made payment via  http://www.paypal.com to the account of
JAY HAPP (transaction number: , whom you represented as being a family
member. You agreed to ship the item the following day, and to provide a
postal insurance tracking number.

Ten days later I am still waiting for 1) The merchandise, 2) the insurance
tracking number, 3) a reply to one of the seven email messages that I've
sent to you.

If you fail to respond to this and future correspondence, I will have no
choice to conclude that you are attempting to defraud me.  As such I will
pursue any civil and/or legal action necessary.

message, but have knowledge of the parties or pertinent details, please
contact me as soon as is possible.
