Being a eBay seller, I can understand why someone would only ship to a certain location. Mail from overseas to the US takes a long time, and in some cases can even take more than a month (long time to wait for a payment for an auction). Also, if (...) I hate inflated shipping and handling charges too. I won a Lego sith infiltrator in an auction for really cheap, and I was pleased, until I found out I had to pay $10 US to have it shipped to me, which including 'handling'.
