A lot of people are asking the subject question... I don't know exactly what's going on but I have received a number of offline inquiries and I wanted to post my opinion. (...) SC, unlike eBay, lets you configure your level of information. If you set to just daily report, you'll get a note once a day about all auctions you're in... Still lots of really good deals on my items. Many have no bids at all and are significantly BELOW the recently concluded "500" auction. Well, I did have the anti-sniping thing set to just over 3 hours, but I thought that might be a little low, especially for auctions that end in the middle of the night (like mine usually do). When I first saw the listing on eBay I also thought it was for six complete sets. Having read this thread I realize now that it does say "boxes" in the header and not sets. I received the email and retracted my bid. I had bid on this prior to realizing it was only boxes, no Lego. When I noticed that it was only boxes, I was glad to see that I had already been outbid. Also for the record, Scott had appended his eBay posting to explicitly state the boxes are empty *before* anyone here pointed out the possibly misleading description.
