Re: Is there interest in a new LUG?

Hello potential New LUG members... :-) Ok. It seems that there are several people who have replied to this thread that they would be interested in a local LUG. So. What is the next step? Do we need to find a place where we can meet? Are there other (...) (24 years ago, 17-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.loc.us.pa.phi, lugnet.loc.us.pa.phi.all, lugnet.loc.us.ny.ny)

Re: Is there interest in a new LUG?

I'd drive an hour or more into NJ for a casual meeting, and as far as necessary for a fest. (I just couldn't go last weekend, I had to go to Albany.) NELUG let me "join" alright, though I haven't driven 4 hours from NYC to Boston for a meeting yet. (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.loc.us.pa, lugnet.loc.us.ny)

Re: Is there interest in a new LUG?

YES, my LSO and I are definitely interested. We live near Scranton, PA. BrickFest sounded like so much fun, but it was just a little too far for us to go... something in New Jersey/NYC would be great for us. --Jennifer Christopher Weeks wrote in (...)   Couple of cool finds

The KB in the South Hills has about a dozen Oasis Ambush Sets (URL) $4.99; I've already bought my fill, so the rest are up for grabs! In addition, the TRU down there has the UCS sets as well as the Millenium Falcon. They've had the new EP1 stuff for (...) (24 years ago, 13-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.pa.pit)

Re: Is there interest in a new LUG?

YES. I am interested. I was at BrickFest with my NLS, Jackie. I live in Forked River, which is just south of Toms River, NJ. I don't have too much room to host any sort of gathering, and what I do have is usually overrun by a large 95+ lb. loving (...)   Is there interest in a new LUG?

Hi All, I returned yesterday evening from the EastCoast Brick Fest put on by WAMALUG. It was cool. It appears that there are quite a few folks around who are LEGO enthusiasts, and I thought it might be nice to put some kind of club together for (...)
