(...) Really? Cool! I wanted to get the same kind of mix of old and new technology they acheived with their models (I love the floating Junk that the guy sells food from). I thought about having a second set of engine housings in the back similar to (...) (25 years ago, 16-Apr-00, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

(...) Your model actually reminded me of the Cab that Bruce Willis drives at the begining of The Fifth Element. I thought it was very cool nice future-retro design.   Pics from 4/15/2000 [informal] meeting in Waltham

Hi guys! I had a great time today! We went to TCS then 'cross the street to the Bison County, and later over to Lizzy's for some fabulous ice cream...   Re: Meeting at The Construction Site

(...) That sounds great to me/us -- we'll be there! (or if later is better we can do that too -- but I'll tentatively plan for 2:00) There's a great ice-cream shoppe (Lizzy's) just up the street about 2 blocks -- pretty likely they'll be open. Not (...) (25 years ago, 11-Apr-00, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

  Non-NELUG meeting, ANYone?

(flaming disclaimer: don't get me wrong, please. I think NELUG is great and I completely understand the reasoning behind not letting <18 people to join. But I DO find it very frustrating sometimes.   Made the trip to the CS

  Geek Pride Day

Hey, all you Boston geeks (you know who you are)! Has everyone heard of the Geek Pride Festival this Saturday? You'll all be there, yeah? (URL) This is not an April Fool's joke.
