What a great idea! I've been hoping someone would bring this up. Let's get
serious:
A weekend is probably the best time for most, perhaps a Saturday...
The holidays are always difficult for most, with family, crowds, etc...
So...
Suggested first meeting date:
- Jan 8, 2000
- Jan 15, 2000
- Jan 22, 2000
Suggested City: Atlanta, because it seems to be the most central to everyone who
has posted so far, and I know there are a few of us in the Atlanta area. (I
could drive to Macon though...)
Suggested meeting place: Someplace cheap, or preferably free. Also, food would
be cool. Maybe someplace with a decent sized private dining room that would let
us use it for no more cost than the food. Maybe a public gathering place
(Library or civic center?) Maybe someone who works for a company with a big
meeting space could convince their employer to let us it.
How does all of this sound? If it sounds good, then let us proceed.
