My thanks again to Rose, I finally got through, and it turns out that she DID save the items I had asked for! I think that this reflects really well on Linda at the outlet -- a lot of places would not have waited for me to get through again. About (...) Well, I tried calling every 15 minutes since 8am.... when I finally got through around 9:45, she took my number and called me back. Everything I wanted was gone when she called. In my case (I think that I really was the first to get her -- she told me she had just gotten in, and I had called four times since 9:00 getting no answer), she didn't take my number to call me back. Before I could redial someone else got through and she took their number, then she called me back. She kept getting phone calls (...)
