I'm still tossing around ideas for Thanksgiving. One option is a friend in Oakland who has invited me. While this is now a driveable distance for me, it's a pretty long drive for just one or two days. I'm considering that if I added a visit with SF (...) We've done another show! (And it's still happening!) On November 9-10, 2002, the Southern California LEGO Train Club displayed their mountain layout at the Cal Stewart show in Pasadena, California. Or start your own up there! I'd bet there are lots of lurkers and interested kids/AFOLs in the area from Auburn to Elk Grove to Davis... The problem is contacting and organizing them... Probably the closest LUG/LTC you are going to find is BayLUG and BayLTC, which are based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
