Yes, I think this is a GREAT set too! It is such a lovely design, although it
doesn't have as many "working parts" as 8880. However I think the gull-wing
doors more than make up for that. :)
I love the way it's so modular. You can take off all the body panelling and
design your own. Or move the engine somewhere else.
And I just realized, 5L black axles are SO useful! (How were we surviving
without them before?)

| my wife bought me a 8448 supercar. Excellent! I built the gull wing version. Now in the process of customising First I added power steering using a micromotor and a second battery box. There's not enough power though to move the wheels (too much (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
