Thanks. (BTW, I think your fees have gone up!) I can't find a reference for
the $5 per MO, though - do you know the URL?

The ones from the bank may not be, but might just be drawn in US currency. I've heard of sellers (...) (23 years ago, 3-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.ca)
