Alas, my proposal was knocked back by the Parish Council last Thursday.

They must have thought my 'Church of Seamentology' was on a recruiting drive.

They don't happen to have a large meeting room for hire do they? :-)

They actually only have a very small donation room at the moment, where
members can relax and read the latest Church publications, moist with full
colour illustrations in the six basic colours plus some rarer colours.

Incidentally, how much room will we need? Are we likely to get trains
happening at the next meeting? (Is anyone bringing a large medieval city? or
an aircraft carrier?)

All depends on Eli and any new trainheads appearing out of the tunnel.
We could bring a large city and play 'where's Richard'.
