Eww. That's bad, really bad. I was counting on doing that too.
Jason, is this true for you too? If so, then Paypal suddenly becomes about
half as useful by March. I mean, when they stop allowing withdrawals to
card, then suddenly we can't do _anything_ with Paypal credits, right?

| Yeah, but they're not willing to discuss exactly why it failed (I suppose that's reasonable), so I can't go to my issuing bank (which bank?) to discuss rectifying it. Their (Paypal's) only response is "try another card" but I only have one. And they (...) (24 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)
