Yeah, but they're not willing to discuss exactly why it failed (I suppose
that's reasonable), so I can't go to my issuing bank (which bank?) to
discuss rectifying it. Their (Paypal's) only response is "try another card"
but I only have one. And they won't let me use credits I have in my Paypal
account to pay for other things - it has to be redeemed to a card account.
So the money I have sitting in my Paypal account (not nuch) is unusable by
me unless I get another card. And there's no guarantee if I get another card
that it will work with Paypal.
Really useful "service".
