Does this affect affect Australian buyers? i.e. Does it affect overseas
sellers that I am buying from? Because if not, then frankly I'm pleased
about it.... anything that lessens the flow of ABS out of the country is
fine by me.

| Won't effect US sellers, and some other countries because Paypal is opening up its ability to accept Bank Accounts from some international countries (see website) But all others who rely on withdrawing to a Visa card will be effected. There are (...) (23 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)
