Thats unusual my Visa was accepted no problems...
Probably something to do with your issuing bank.

| Yeah, but they're not willing to discuss exactly why it failed (I suppose that's reasonable), so I can't go to my issuing bank (which bank?) to discuss rectifying it. Their (Paypal's) only response is "try another card" but I only have one. And they (...) (26 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)
