Won't effect US sellers, and some other countries because Paypal is opening
up its ability to accept Bank Accounts from some international countries
(see website) But all others who rely on withdrawing to a Visa card will be
effected. There are already people on Ebay mentioning they won't accept
Paypal anymore.
I need to finance my own purchases somehow, I sell Lego to do this.
I suppose i can just use my Paypal balance to make purchases on Ebay etc.
But sometimes there is nothing worth buying so it is nice to be able to at
least pay some money of my Credit Card.
