| | I'm sure most of you already know , but Paypal is discontinuing withdrawals to Visa cards effective March 7. This basically makes Paypal worthless for international Sellers. | | | | | Won't effect US sellers, and some other countries because Paypal is opening up its ability to accept Bank Accounts from some international countries (see website) But all others who rely on withdrawing to a Visa card will be effected. | | | | Yeah, but they're not willing to discuss exactly why it failed (I suppose that's reasonable), so I can't go to my issuing bank (which bank?) to discuss rectifying it. Their (Paypal's) only response is "try another card" but I only have one. And they (...) (24 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)
