I'm sure most of you already know , but Paypal is discontinuing withdrawals to Visa cards effective March 7. This basically makes Paypal worthless for international Sellers. It is very frustrating. Paypal is by far the easiest way to accept payments (...) (23 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)

Won't effect US sellers, and some other countries because Paypal is opening up its ability to accept Bank Accounts from some international countries (see website) But all others who rely on withdrawing to a Visa card will be effected. There are (...) (23 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)

Yeah, but they're not willing to discuss exactly why it failed (I suppose that's reasonable), so I can't go to my issuing bank (which bank?) to discuss rectifying it. Their (Paypal's) only response is "try another card" but I only have one. And they (...) (23 years ago, 25-Feb-01, to lugnet.loc.au)

You mean use your existing balance to pay for items. Well i'm not sure but i presumed i could. Paul if you let me know your paypal Email i will send you some money 50 cents or something, and see what happens. If that is ok? Because you are right if (...)
