My only gripe with LegOz is that it sounds too close to Legoes/Legos/Legos'.I
never refer to Lego as "Legos".  Appart from the "official" line from TLC • that
their product should not be reffered to as Legos but simply Lego-singular and
plural, it's always sounded wrong to me.

I see your point. But this depends on how you pronounce LegOz...
Is it "Lego <break> Oz" or "Leg - Oz"? Unless you pronounce "Oz" to make it
sound like "oats", neither way should be a problem...
Usually, when combining words like that, it's best to pronounce them doubly
(i.e. "Lego-Oz") so that both meanings are obvious from the name.

(unless the only Oz you know
about has a yellow brick road and some wizard dude living there :)

:-)
Until I started frequenting on lugnet, I didn't now that Aus = Oz... when I
first saw "James from Oz" I thought he was talking about the yellow-brick-road
country. (And hey, we have yellow bricks in lego - it made perfect sense! ;-)

That's true...I know alot of Americans who have no idea OZ = Australia....
considering they pronounce it Osstraylia...!!!
But I think all Aussies know we live in OZ...!!!

Kev.... :  )
