As I'm sure everyone is now aware, the Metroliner (formerly 4558, now 10001) and Club Car (formerly 4547, now 10002) are the next arrivals in the LEGO Legends line. I'm please to announce that both sets are now available for preorder through LEGO (...) (23 years ago, 13-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct) !!

(...) Agreed. And I would argue that the sets that LD has brought out so far under their aegis are hitting this mark quite well. LD gets it. LD knows what we want and LD is delivering. Most (roughly 75%) of the people that come into the store do not realize that the Mega Blocks sets are not Lego brand. One woman today actually asked me if the (...) I cant believe what Lego is doing to their toy line. First, they kill the town and city themes, second, they juniorized their sets to the point where a truck or car has only 10 pieces, then they introduce Jack Stone, without keeping another town or (...) (...) Dan... if that makes you sad, just take a look at the style of buildings that LEGO used to put into their sets. These are the kind of buildings I got to enjoy as a kid: (URL) got proper walls, doors and a roof. It's got vehicles and yes, even (...)
