RE: You get to choose! -> IBERIA?

YES!!!!! =D I was feeling a bit frustrated, when I voted for the LEGO Legend and not beeing able to use Shop At Home online to buy the released set (if/when my elected set wins the Legend status). Now I'm happy :) THANKS! mc. PS: The only "part of (...) (22 years ago, 16-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: UCS Imperial Star Destroyer to be released!!!! (was Re: Newest UCS set...)

I think we can safely call the UCS ISD the NEW "Ultimate Grey Plates Parts Pack" (UGPPP - yeehaw, Yet Another Acronym) ;-) I know I'm going to end up with at least 2, maybe 3 UGPPPs, as a start. One for at work, one possibly for at home, and one for (...) (22 years ago, 24-Sep-02, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.lego.direct)

Question on S@H Australia and in general.

Hello, Just wondering if someone can please clarify exactly what "Not Available" means on an item in the Shop.. does it imply not available at this point in time, or not available ever again? Can we possibly get some indication on when these types (...) (23 years ago, 10-Oct-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: This is stupid... I can't tolerate this *juniorization*...

(...) Just my two cents. I bought the green dragon. I found the set to be challenging, and a well designed set. Granted it is a little too cute for me, but still a nice design. On top of that, once you take it apart you have tons (tonnes) of green (...) (23 years ago, 13-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

  doors and windows pack

Sorry if you have all seen this before, but I noticed in the new s@h catalogue a bulk doors and windows pack - 9274, 172 pieces. I thought funny, I was looking through bulk on-line yesterday and didn't notice it. So I went back and typed the set (...) Speaking as someone who did not have the opportunity to get the Battrax when I was younger, I am thrilled to have another chance at getting it now that I have the purchasing power to do so. (...)   Re: $Here’s the Deal$

(...) Hey, it’s just a start, we just can’t plan on going sub-orbital on the first attempt. There’s far more potential in this concept…but initially I honestly believe that to create a 375/6075 Yellow Castle in Dark Gray would be the perfect launch (...)   Re: why has lego direct ignored the space theme?

(...) The only two additional issues that I can think of offhand is that it would have to be a canon design (i.e. something from the movies) because TLC's license reportedly doesn't cover EU stuff, and Lucasfilm approval would still be required (...)   Re: what makes a legend?

Two things that make a classic for me: a good design and interesting, useful, versatile pieces. I don't care about the wheels as long as the new design looks good, but a club car without the cool windows isn't a club car. Had you not been able to (...) (...) Since the tubs are a bulk dump of basic bricks, they're not necessarily the best indicator of piece:price ratio.
