(...) What about OGEL, 0931, 1390 or such? These are not their trademarks, at least I haven't found them on USPTO. You can search their trademarks here (URL) enter 'Kirkbi' and 'Owner name'. Prehaps it's just (bearly) enough to be legal (but I'm not even sure about that), but it's certainly against the spirit of the rule. Looking for the edge (...) Pushing towards an edge means that TLG will need to delinate it more clearly - which means less grey area. as for the "l3go", i think your average user would think something (...)
