I got 5, and the track metal was tarnished to a gold tint on every piece of track in all 5. It's going to be a PITA to clean them. Otherwise, the sets seemed fine, though I haven't pulled the pieces out of the bags yet. (...) -- Tom Stangl *(URL) (...) (20 years ago, 3-Jun-04, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Wow. I got my first 4755 at the BOGO50 TRU sale today, and it's worse than I thought. I could MAYBE excuse having 3 different shades spanning specific pieces. i.e., all 1x2s are one shade, all 1x4s another, etc. But no, I stacked the 1x2s, and got 3 (...)
