I’ll second that - they’ve sent me a manas control unit (no charge, was
defective out of the box), and replaced a light sensor for me (I payed
shipping to send the broken unit back - and no, it was not broken out of the
box, but failed after some use with a class (this last was replaced by
Pitsco).

I contacted them today, and the nice lady on the and of the phone asked me a few
questions and then said that she would send me out a new unit (sorry if you are
reading this, I couldn’t remember your name :( )
Thank you all, and epecially thank you Lego customer service for being so good!
It’s nice to talk to a human once in a while when calling for support (more than
I can say for activision’s support!)
