Metroliner from S@H: Complaint!

I just got my "new" Metroliner boxes by UPS.
What a disappointment!!! For one the boxes were all crushed up (I think UPS
is to blame) BUT worse still the pieces in it look old and faded. I am
refering to the rail tracks especially - they are discoloured, spotted and
look like they have been left out in the rain.
It is possible that I am exaggerating, but the quality of the pieces are
really bad. Did anyone else have the same problem?
