At least you got through with 1-800-453-4652! I have be trying all day to get through! At least 10+ times at 9am, 10am, 11am, 3pm and 5pm. All I get is busy signal. beep, beep, beep, beep, beep... I hate to sound naïve, but what’s the difference between LD & S@H? I’ve been a closet AFOL for a while, but I am fairly new to the ‘official’ community.
