When I announced my first (very large) Rubik Cube, I was very disappointed to hear that somebody else already made a Rubik Cube (only a couple of months before I did). (...) I can't really see allocating 'AxleBlack' as a standard LDraw.org color, since the two shades are an artifact of Lego instructions. I've particularly noticed in some of the newer technic sets that black axles and friction pins use a blacker black than other black parts, such as bricks, beams etc. In other words, the standard bricks are a very dark grey whereas the axles seem to (...)
