I have just split 4 1/2 price Privet Drive sets, purchased in the UK. I was shocked to find that in all of them the 1x2 grille tiles that form the car bumper were grey and not chrome/silver. Has anyone else noticed this? Huw (22 years ago, 17-Jan-03, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.loc.uk)

I had two different style boxes for my privet drives. The first one with the seperate tray contained inside the box had the chrome silver grilles. The second with the thick cardboard box contained the grey grilles. Wierd hey? I have already written (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jan-03, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.loc.uk)

I've had three Privet Drive sets with this mistake (presumably a bad batch that ended up at Argos), a Black Falcon's Fortress with several redundant parts in the bottom of the box but no (...)
