In Europe, I think that the retail culture is different from North America and
that explains a lot right there. I also think that Europe is not as 'wired' as
we are. There might be some reasons for that, first, N.A. are just plain
gadget happy and like playing with computers and the like, the second big
reason is that many places in Europe charge for local calls - that means that
companies discourage playing and if no playing then people are not as likely to
spend on something like the internet that they are unfamiliar with. Sound
reasonable?
