Frank points out the one of biggest problem with digital cameras, the best point
and shoot digital cameras have distortion problems that are totally unacceptable
by 35mm SLR standards. I heard about this company http://www.imagek.com/ that is
developing a film cartridge for 35mm SLRs. The target market is a bit pricey,
but I think it is a great idea. I hope it becomes more affordable. I would love
to be able to use my SLRs and accessories to take digital pictures. Anyone else
heard about this company and the product they are developing?

| If you do a deja search on rec.photo.digital. I did after I first heard of Imagek, and found that they've been promising their EFS product will be ready "real soon now" for the last two years, constantly pushing back the deadline for release. (hmmm, (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jul-99, to lugnet.general)
