I wondered about “Nano” - is this a rival brand or are TLC thinking of making half size bricks?

I wondered that as well. At first I thought they ment a micro-scale theme, like the LEGO factory contest, but then I saw that they also included megablocks, and remembered that Nano was a clone brand.

I wanted more nuance to those questions about price as well. There are a lot of sets that I won’t buy at full price, but at deep enough discount I’ll buy pretty much any LEGO set on the argument that even if I have no desire for the set, it will still have bricks and plates.

A few comments on the survey: A couple of questions seemed like trick ones to see if you are really an AFOL - like which themes are part of TLC, and which ranges would you recommend to an 8-year old boy's parents. I hope no-one recommended Clickits (...) (19 years ago, 16-Apr-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)
