The theory on the loc.* groups is that they're for discussing particular
areas just as much as they're for talking to people who live in particular
areas.

If it gets deeply into .th specific stuff, I would really suggest taking
it over to lugnet.loc.th rather than lugnet.off-topic.fun. Who cares if
no one is posting there yet? If the discussion is interesting, people
will follow you there. It's easy enough to follow along via the web
interface...
