Actually, I don't think you need one bin per part type. You don't
need to bag the entire load simultaneously. I would envision
a chute you dump the parts into. The parts go into Bin A.
Bin A then dumps the parts into the sorter. The first piece
into the sorter becomes set as the "one to find". The sorter
then examines the rest of the pieces coming through for more
parts of that type. All that are matched go into the bagging
queue, and are labelled accordingly. All not matching parts
go to Bin B. Once entire pile was gone through the sorter,
Bin B then dumps everything back into the sorter, and you
repeat the process for the next piece detected. Eventually
the bulk of the parts end up back in Bin A. You keep
repeating this back-and-forth between Bin A and Bin B until
all of the part types have been detected, sent to the bagger,
and labelled. The output bin will have a big pile of labelled
bags in it.
