It's an education issue. We need less cross-posting, and more use of
followup-to.
Personal opinion: it's very rarely necessary to cross-post to lugnet.general.
And if it does seem like cross-posting to lg is good, then followup-to should be
set to the other group.

| I've been finding myself a bit overwhelmed by the LUGNET newsgroups lately. It seems like every day there are announcements for new subgroups and discussion categories. I understand why these are important, and that it is nice to be able to read two (...) (25 years ago, 19-Apr-00, to lugnet.admin.general) !!
