I think it already does that - if you rate a message, it'll appear as
rated by you in all the groups it's been crossposted to (with the little
red arrow by the rating)...  So all you need to do it rate each message
you read ;)

Which, if I understand correctly, is no longer available, since you can't rate
"No Opinion" any more.
