Incorrect.  I bought some Freestyle set within the last year that had at • least 2
2x2 yellow classic windows in it, because I had 4 of them (before trading • them

The stores around here really don't HAVE any old Lego, so that set had to • have been
in production within the last year or two.

Does anybody know which recent sets include the 1x2x2 classic window • in

I need this part (or something similar) to replicate cab windows on • the ends

Thanks,

This part is not available in any shop in any color in any set. (unless • it is a
second hand shop of course)

My mistake. I misread the question. I thought that they were talking about • the 1 x 2 x
1 window.

Well, I wouldn't want to bet against some shop having even those. There
almost has to be at least one little shop somewhere which still has some
1960s parts packs.

Frank

Not in North America!  Actually not anywhere in the world..... (on a
technicality) because the 1x2x1 (along with the 1x1x2 and 1x1x1) were never in
any parts pack.  They were only ever in 60's and 70's (and maybe an early 80's)
sets (usually train or service station related).  Even the 1x2x2 was only ever
in 1 parts pack - a recent Dacta service pack, I believe.

(...) Then why were they advertised as available in "supplementary boxes"? See (URL) Early 60s brochures Brochure 1 -- View 3. and Brochure 2 -- View 3 /Eric/ (24 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)
