Naaahhh - I probably only have 200-250,000 bricks or so. Though I don't even want
to TRY to add it up. 30+ 5571s is a good sized chunk of my boxed sets, along with
5 8880s (and to think, I owned NO 8880s a year ago!), 12+ 1252-1256 Shell sets, 12
or so 8440s, and a few other sets of multiples.
I probably only have 10-20K pieces here at work. Lessee, quick count:
800 - Custom Technic dragsters - 3, about 250-300 pcss ea
630 - 2 8417s
~1250 - Star Wars - 7101,7110,7128,7130,7140,7150(+extra Tie)
~ 150 - 2554
~ 200 - 2148 with trailer
~ 200 - 3442 with trailer
278 - 6582
~ 450 - 6648 - stock and custom colors, 8
74 - 6663
320 - 6544
~ 900 - 5550 - complete set + secondary jeep
785 - 5581
398 - 8456
~ 250 - 5510 - unknown pc count
483 - 5542
~1600 - 8440 - 4 copies in diff colors and configs
88 - 3438
838 - 5541 - 1 red, 1 blue
770 - 6335 - 2
~ 100 - 1029 Tine truck
78 - 6662
360 - 6594 - 3
104 - 2148 - no trailer
~ 250 - 1831 - pc count?
126 - 6405
~ 400 - 8445
~ 180 - 8251
~ 300 - 5533
227 - 6561
453 - 6397
243 - 8838
~4000 - misc vehicles/sets
OK, that's a little over 17K pieces, so I wasn't that far off ;-) As soon as I can
make room, I'll bring an 8880, and my soon-to-be-built custom 5571 (widened 4-6
studs and lengthened, with Technic engine) with trailer, so that will increase my
count by 4000 pieces easy.
I hope to decrease my piece count drastically early next year - I plan on finally
sorting all my plain bricks, and Ebaying off a bunch to earn money for 2000 sets.
Then again, if ZB happens to deepdiscount 8480s anytime soon, my piece count will
go WAY up, FAST ;-) Then it's sorting time, and manymany Ebay lots ;-)
