  Re: MegaBloks

I'll admit that Megabloks look really cool on the shelf. But I have to question a really cool looking Pirate ship or castle w/ dragon when there's only a hundred pcs or so. I look at the boxes and see a LOT of juniorization. And talk about color (...) (21 years ago, 3-Jul-05, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.pirates)

!Hey guys, _MegaBloks_ Yup, that's right... i'm using the 'MB' word! ...lol Perhaps this is the wrong place to ask, but… does MegaBloks have an open forum for their product lines like Lego does with this here fan-site ‘Lugnet’...   Re: cheeky little new Castle Lego set

Hi Mike, last day I was looking up the inventory for the Creator Board Game and find ithad the number GA03, so I think there's a pattern here.   Re: cheeky little new Castle Lego set

(...) Does anybody know why the set number for the chess set starts with G? Are there any other sets with G numbers? I've been trying to track this down but I'm having no luck. I'm especially curious to find out if it stands for "Game" - meaning (...) (21 years ago, 3-Jul-05, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)

Re: 4881 Designer Set "Robo Platoon"

I love this set for the great parts selection. There's only a little blay, and it has the new 1x1 tooth piece in blue and red! Dave S. "Patrick McFarland" <pmcfarland@downeast.net> wrote in message news:IIz0sp.J3o@lugnet.com... (...) (21 years ago, 2-Jul-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: Brick 1 x 4 with Town Car Grille Chrome

(...) Clark, I have a yellow 1x4 with a black grille. It came in set 166 Vehicle Extra parts pack. The printing is very overdone, the two headlights on each side run together. I'll get a pic, or scan, of it in the next couple of days. I think Eric (...) (21 years ago, 2-Jul-05, to lugnet.general)

  4881 Designer Set "Robo Platoon"

So, I picked up the first 'generic' set I've bought since I was a wee little kid. You know what? I actually missed having creative little themed sets. I may actually pick up two or three more of this sets just for more parts to build bigger things. (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jul-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: Early Lego Media games available at Big Lots

(...) A few months ago we attended an elementary school fun fair. The prize for one of the games was the boxed retail version of Lego Island. IIRC it only cost US$0.25 to play the game and it was trivial to win - just about everyone who played got (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jul-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: Very Rare Canadian Only Plates?

(...) Nothing to cringe about. They do seem to get funky quite often. I have more of those white waffle bottom plates in a puke yellow hue than I care to count. There is one thing that I am going to do with some some of my better waffle bottom (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jul-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Very Rare Canadian Only Plates?

(...) You know, I don't think I've ever seen such a plate, but that's likely because I haven't seen waffle plates in general. What's worse (okay, start your cringing)...I throw them out when I get them--they're usually really grimey and in bad (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jul-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Very Rare Canadian Only Plates?
