Clark,
I have a yellow 1x4 with a black grille.
It came in set 166 Vehicle Extra parts pack.
The printing is very overdone, the two headlights
on each side run together.
I'll get a pic, or scan, of it in the next couple of days.
I think Eric Strand also got one of these sets,
maybe his set has the same part.
Also, another instruction sheet that shows this part
is the Weetabix house with the black roof.
I think the copy of this set I have (both of them)
actually has a chrome grille.
I've had that part on my Bricklink wanted list for a long time
with only 1 hit.
